Who we are

Based in Lincolnshire, we have clients across the United Kingdom. With over 20 years’ experience fact finding clients within the financial service industry, we noticed the majority of people do not have up-to-date Wills or Power of Attorney set up.

Knowing how essential these documents are, we want to ensure the people we speak to understand the importance and assist in setting these documents up correctly.

Our Approch

By having an open and honest conversation, we look to paint a picture of a client’s needs. From this we will advise our clients how to best meet their objectives moving forward.

We work in 3 stages:

Stage 1: Visit you in your home to discuss and gather your financial information establishing your aims, objectives and wishes for your estate and financial affairs. The more information we can gather at this stage the better the advice you will receive. We will discuss the options available to ensure your assets and estate pass onto who you chose as opposed to the crown if you do not have a will. Discuss your requirements in the event of becoming mentally incapacitated requiring someone to manage your financial and healthcare needs, and what provisions you currently have in place.

Stage 2: Produce draft copies for you to check and confirm if it/they carry out your wishes. Once you have confirmed the document is correct or made us aware of any necessary changes or amendments, we will produce a final version.

Stage 3: At the second meeting we talk you through the documents in plain English and confirm where you and your witnesses need to sign. Importantly we will check who is witnessing to avoid the documents being revoked.
